return & refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on digital and physical items. All items are carefully packaged and wrapped to be protected during transit. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).

Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control. 

To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment and/ or suite number if applicable. 

We only ship to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses will be cancelled.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International which can take up to 20 days depending on location.


All sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds & exchanges.
